Please install the following driver and restart PC.

Repeat "Unlock" operation.

You should press "Ok" button only after phone was detected by PC.

Manually put the phone into Download Mode (Power phone OFF, press and
hold "Vol+" button and connect the cable) with P999 cable (with 910kOm resistor) and repeat "Unlock" operation with enabled (marked) "Skip Read/Write QCN during Unlock operation" option.
