Hello.

What is the state of your device exactly? Your device doesn't answer to Software's CMDs (requests):

Fully charge phone's battery and try to repeat the operation several times. Try to connect the phone to different PC motherboard USB ports, don't use any USB hubs, this is important.

Phone was working fine just custmer asks for softwear update
Already have tried on different pc.s and about battary ...soft for this phone not require any battary

Any advice

Was working or is working now? What is the state with the device now?

We have prepared and sent You to PM new Software version with new loaders. Try to write firmware by using this test Software and post here the result.
