Hello.

Please do the next:
1. install latest Software version.
2. Install required drivers.
3. Restart PC.
4. Put the phone into Emergency/Download Mode manually (to enter emergency mode, disconnect cable, disconnect battery, press and hold "Vol+" button and connect USB cable).
5. Repeat "Repair IMEI" operation.

Try to use both simple Micro USB and P999 cable (with 910kOm resistor) for connection.
Post the result and full Software log of the operation.
