Hello.

Please install latest Software version (Software), fully charge phone's battery by using external charger, and repeat the "Unlock" operation. If the problem will remain, repeat the "Unlock" operation with enabled (marked) "Skip Read/Write QCN during the Unlock operation" option in the Software. Post here the result.

Also, please upload somewhere your QCN backup "D801_Bad_07-04-2015_15-53-35.qcn" and post here link (or send us link to PM), we will check.

I unlocked successfully but IMEI is "0" after the operation completed.

Did factory reset right after the job was done without checking IMEI in the settings thought!
