error any firmware?

Fully charge phone's battery, try to write the latest firmware again and post here full Software log, not reduced, we will check it.

Can You please tell us what phone model exactly do You have D821 or D820?

As we can see from the Software log which You have provide us, your device is d821 but You have selected D820 and use firmware file for D820 phone mode.
