LG D850 encryption - GSM-Forum

Hello team. I got this phone with an encryption and customer wants to remove it. I tried to flash it with an stock rom with the lg flashing tool and i had error at 6%. The error said failed trying to erase. I think that one of the problem is the firmware that i'm trying to use is D85010d and the phone has D85010fl. I tried factory reset and nothing.
Please help.

Hello.

Unfortunately, we have never met the device with such problem, so we can't provide the solution for this issue. We need to have this or the same device with such problem to research it and develop the solution.

Hello team, thanks for reply. You should try to research about it because i found a lot of people with that problem and no solution at the moment so if you think you can do it i can try to hold the phone for more time while you research via team viewer. What do you think about it ?

To research the problem and develop the solution we need to have this phone in hands, it is not easy to make research remotely. Ask your customer, maybe he wants to sell the device. We are ready to buy it with a good price, of course.

I read , qcn, nv items almost everything but wont allow me to root. I also did the imei repair until the step where says to do the factory reset.
