LG D855 imie repair problem. - GSM-Forum

i have one LG D855 i want to repair imie on it. i did few of them before with no problem.
but this one octopus not reading phone inf o. but its detect prot.
i did flash phone with D85520F_00.oct from sprot. but still same.octopus not reading phone in normal mode . but in downlaod mode its ok. plz help me

What is the state of your device exactly? What is the baseband in the phone? What is the IMEI now in the phone (by *#06#)?

To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do the next: Go to "Settings -> Networks -> Tethering & Networks -> Turn on "USB tethering". Also, please use LG P999 cable.

I did usb tethering. But I dont have p999 cable. I did few of them with normal usb cable. Never had this kind of problem

In general case, You should use P999 cable. You can easyly create this cable by soldering solder 910 kOhm resistor into your standart Micro USB cable.
