Why You go into "Share & connect" menu? You should go into "PC connection" menu.

I am also having this problem to find it.

All others are ok, this one I can't find the way either...can you give step by step of where to go in the menus?

Try to do the next:
1. Install LG PC Suite.
2. Connect the phone to PC and check whether COM port appears.

You can also check whether Diag menu isn't blocked in 3845#*855# menu.
