LG D868 stuck on recovery - GSM-Forum

Hi team. i have lg d686, phone stuck on recovery.. goes to recovery on each restart/power on.

flashed with D686 v20B_00 but problem is same.

what can i do to fix this problem? can you help?

Hello.

Try to reflash the phone with different firmwares from the Support Area.

no luck.... do you have full flash bsckup?

Unfortunately we don't have Full Flash of D686 and "Write Full Flash" operation is currently not supported for this model.

If problem remains the same after writing of all firmawres from the Support Area, then, most likely, your device has HW problem.
Anyways, You can try to find and write another firmwares. Also, try reflash the phone with original firmware and flashing tool.
