Do the next:
1. Reconnect the battery, put the phone into Emergency Mode manually and make "Repair Security".
2. Reconnect the battery, put the phone into Emergency Mode manually and make "Repair IMEI".
3. Reconnect the battery, put the phone into Emergency Mode manually and re-flash the phone with phone's boot loaders (with selected "Write boot loaders" option in Software) with the firmware "DZ_LGE400AT-00-V10m-EUR-XXX-SEP-17-2012+0.oct".
4. Connect the device in Normal Mode and make "Repair NVM".
5. Post here full Software log with all of these actions.

To put the phone into Emergency Mode manually, disconnect the cable, reconnect the battery, press and hold "Vol-" + "Vol+" + "Power ON" buttons and connect the cable.
