Also, we have uploaded new firmware into the Support Area, try to write another firmware also. If the problem is still the same, most likely, your device has HW issues.

Try to write different firmwares from the Support Area with latest Software version (Software). If the problem will remain the the same, most likely, your device has HW issues.
