Hello.

Try to write any V10 firmware from the Support Area and post results.

Try to write firmware with phone's boot loaders. Do the next:

1. Fully charge phone's battery by using external charger.
2. Put the phone into Emergency/Download Mode manually (disconnect the cable, reconnect the battery, press and hold "Vol-" + "Vol+" buttons and connect the cable).
3. Select (mark) option "Write boot loaders" in the Software.
4. Write firmware.

Note: If it is not possible to write firmware or during firmware writing occures error, you need to put manualy phone into Emergency Mode, this is important.

Also note: Please, make sure the phone's battery is fully charged. Disconnect all other devices from the computer (including phones, modems, etc.) and close all other running programs. To avoid errors in the flashing process, use a clean PC (without any installed drivers for other Qualcomm-based devices). You should not run any other programs or attach new devices to your computer during the flashing! Please, follow these simple precautions to avoid damaging your phone.
