LG E612f unable to "Reset Screen Lock" [Solved] - GSM-Forum

Cell phone is from service provider 334-020, been trying several times, at different PC's, different USB ports but always get same result, also tried
by manually put phone in emergency mode, but still same result:

We have send You test Software version into your PM. Please try with this version and write here the result. Also try to make Factory (Hard) reset also.

As I said before, customer does not want to loose his data stored
in phone's memory, so the easy way is to hard reset, but I can not do that.

Your update does not work, still the same result, please find attached memory dump reading from phone.

So I have provided NVRAM 3 days back, and now full Nand RAM Dump, please support, maybe you can read google account + password, so I can enter into phone, or you can make a full flash so I can hard reset the phone then flash it back, so customer does not lose his data.

Please advice !
