LG E612f unable to "Reset Screen Lock" [Solved]

Cell phone is from service provider 334-020, been trying several times, at different PC's, different USB ports but always get same result, also tried
by manually put phone in emergency mode, but still same result:

We have send You test Software version into your PM. Please try with this version and write here the result. Also try to make Factory (Hard) reset also.

Your update does not work, still the same result, please find attached memory dump reading from phone.

So I have provided NVRAM 3 days back, and now full Nand RAM Dump, please support, maybe you can read google account + password, so I can enter into phone, or you can make a full flash so I can hard reset the phone then flash it back, so customer does not lose his data.

Please advice !
