In Software logs, which You have posted we can see only repair IMEI A operations.
Please make repair of IMEI B (enter correct IMEI B and press "IMEI B fix" button) and post here full Software log of the operation.

Write first Security backup back into the phone (E615_3xxxxx052191497_19-08-2015_17-55-17.SEC), it will restore the phone to its initial condition, then check whether touch screen works correctly.

Напишу не на англ , мне так быстрее ,сорри...
Конечно ж я нажимал IMEI B fix , но по факту 2-й имей оно и не фиксило...
Бекап сейчас не могу залить , все время ошибка, если делаешь репайр секюрити , или запись секюрити из бекапа.
