lg E400R cant unlock security error [Solved] - GSM-Forum

hello i have a big problem with this hansed that cant unlock first of all i have try many way posted already in this forum with out susses this phone is getting me crazy ok here is how i star it

*******r bring me phone for unlock and change language but my mistake that now( i know is was my mistake )was that i first flashed instead to direct unlock first then flash ...so i first flashe LGE400fAT-00-V10a-724-31-MAR-22-2012+2 and i tick botton write boot loader and phone hangin onl logo
restar blinking then i flashe back original flashed LGE400RAT-00-v11e-SSV-RGS-AUG-09-2012+0.oct then phone get back to life SO when i try to unlock again it said

and phone star blinking again ...at this point i find up some strange cause another custumer bring me another phone similar form rogers canada so what i did was direct unlock first the phone goes blinking then u put in emegercy mode manually and i flashed with LGE400fAT-00-V10a-724-31-MAR-22-2012+2 that has spanish language and phone star successfully then i direct unlock and phone was ok but becase i flashed first i guess that i mess up any way i only can get back life this phone with rogers firmware
so i try to unlock via code and it said phone is not personalized it so i canot put unlock code and when i put a sim card said security error i every time i try reapair security and imei phone go blibking again does anyone have any idea and help me please

Hello.

Please do the next:

1. Put the phone into Emergency Mode manually and re-flash the phone with firmware for LG E400 ("LGE400AT-00-V10m-EUR-XXX-SEP-17-2012+0") with phone's boot loaders.
2. Put the phone into Emergency Mode manually and make Repair Security.
3. Put the phone into Emergency Mode manually and make Repair IMEI.
4. Put the phone into Emergency Mode manually and make Unlock.
5. Make Repair NVM.
6. Post here the result.

Note, if an error occurs during of doing of any of these operations mentioned above (1-4), You need to disconnect phone's battery (this is important!), put the phone into Emergency Mode manually again and then repeat the operation.

Also, to avoid damaging your phone, please, follow these simple precautions:
Use a clean PC (without any installed drivers and software for BlackBerry phones, modem Dashboard software, Phone PC suites software).

Please, make sure the phone's battery is fully charged. You should not run any other programs or attach new devices to your computer during this operation!

P.S. Please install and use the latest Software version (http://octopusbox.com/files/softs/in...s_LG_1.3.1.exe).

still not success ok i did everything u said but not luck but i notice some thing when i finished flash the mobile star ok with imei ok but afther i repair security phone star blinking again then when i try to put in emergency mode it dosent go only go in (octopus mode) I guess is the same???..any way afher repair security it look like the phone imei change because when i did reapair imei in the log u can see that imei star...change any way imei is repair ok but phone still blinking then i pu in (octopus mode ) manually again and did unlock but phone dosent star properly again and finally put manually again and i try to repair NVM but it open an explorer and ask me for a file which i dont have ..and phone still blibink i think problem the phone is afther reapir security and unlock it dosent star properly ani other idea ???? thanks in advance i already paid the phone to the custumer so please help me to fis this phone here is the log .

After You have successfully performed Unlock and Repair IMEI operations, please re-flash the phone again with phone's boot loaders. After the phone will be powered, please make Repair NVM from Normal Mode connection.
