LG E900 is this Model Flashing Supported?


Hello Sir!
I have LG E900 Handset.Customer was given this handset for upgrading.Handset Condition is When I power on Just LG logo is came that's all.I was trying to flash in our Octopus software.PC was detected the handset.But when I click write firmware option.It was jumped into another module.Where is the problem?Is this Octopus Box supported E900 Flashing?Please help me.Thank you.

Hello.
Please put the phone into Emergency mode manually (disconnect the cable, reconnect the battery, press and hold "1"+"Power ON" keys and connect the cable) and try to write firmware again.
Also please post here FULL Octopus Box software log with ALL of your actions.

Sir this handset does'nt came with keypad.This is full touch screen model.Now How can I press "1" Button?Handset is when I power on just LG logo came.This is set condition.Now please tell me the solution.

Hello.
What was the state of your phone at the beginning? Why You have decided to write firmware? What was the firmware version in the phone before You have written firmware? What firmware You have written exactly? Did You try to write another firmwares?
Also please post here full software log with all of your actions with this phone.

Yes, You are right, here is correct key shortcut (combination):

To put LG E900 into Emergency Mode, please disconnect the cable, reconnect the battery, press and hold "Vol-" + "Camera" + "Power ON" key and connect the cable.

This is written in Software Manual.
