I flash a lg e960 have a of 16GB internal memory , after flashing total internal memory is 5,7 GB how to fix thanks

Please, try to perform Factory Reset then check phone's memory again, if problem still remain, try to reflash the phone with another firmware, don't downgrade firmware version.

i am tryed to reset after reset also same problem
in the support area which file is lower version

In the Support Area the lower version of firmware for your phone is v10d.

Please, try to reflash the phone with another firmware, after that make Factory Reset, connect the phone to your PC and check internal storage again, currently no other solution.
