LG E960 Internal Data Probolem


I flash a lg e960 have a of 16GB internal memory , after flashing total internal memory is 5,7 GB how to fix thanks
plzzzzz help me

Please, try to perform Factory Reset then check phone's memory again, if problem still remain, try to reflash the phone with another firmware, don't downgrade firmware version.

i am tryed to reset after reset also same problem
in the support area which file is lower version
plz help me urgent sir.... thank q

In the Support Area the lower version of firmware for your phone is v10d.
