LG e960 it won't Flash

Hello Octopus team
I have e960 phone here which is stuck in logo Google display
customer trying to update but its getting error
I try to flash 2 different firmware download from support but I got this error
can you please guide me how to manage to fix this software..

Try to do the next:
1. Remove SD and SIM cards from the phone.
2. Put the phone into Emergency Mode manually (disconnect the cable, power phone off, press and hold "Vol-" + "Vol+" keys and connect the cable).
3. Select firmware file.
4. Click "Write Firmware" button.
5. Follow software instructions (promts).

Please, reconnect phone, enable USB debugging, and try again.
To enable USB debugging, please perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect cable
2. Install LG Android ADB drivers
3. Go to "Settings" -> "About phone" -> "Software information"
4. Click on Build number 5 times
5. Enable "Settings" -> "Developer options" -> "USB debugging" option
6. Connect the cable and check, whether ADB interface has appeared in
PC Device Manager.


how can i switch to enable usb debugging because phone stuck in in Google logo

Your device not in Emergency Mode. Put the phone into Emergency Mode manually (disconnect the cable, power phone off, press and hold "Vol-" + "Vol+" keys and connect the cable) and try to write firmware. Post here Software log.

than its working sir sometime u have to press key hard vol =+ -
