Hello.

Please install this driver: http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/..._ver_3.8.1.rar, then reboot the PC, take out SD and SIM card from your phone and repeat the operation. Then post the result here.

I have same problem but phone not connect with box.....even i flash my phone flashing ok

Please do the next:
1. Put the phone in Download Mode manually (press and hold Vol- - Vol+ buttons and conect the cable).
2. Make Repair Security.
3. Make Repair IMEI (repeat step 1 after Repair Security operation).

Repair Secutiy ok butt phone not reset from setting....and m write sec.backup....phone still same problem....not connect normal mode...for repair imei.

Please carefully read the steps written above:

You need to make "Repair Security", not "Write sec. backup", then manually put the phone in Download Mode again and make Repair IMEI.
