Hello.

Unfortunately, reseting this type of lock is not supported at the moment. Most likely, writing firmware will not help to disable this lock, but You can try. To write firmware, please fully charge phone's battery, connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port (don't use USB hubs, this is important) and repeat "Write Firmware" operation.

Currently we have no any device with such type of lock for researching. We will try to find/buy one, then research and develop the solution.
