Hello.

To reset srenn lock, fully charge phone's battery abd perfrom "Reset Screen Lock" operation again. Post here the result.

Also, You can try to make Factory/Hard Reset:

1. Make sure, that your phone is off.
2. Press and hold "Volume - " and "Power" buttons.
3. When LG logo will flash release keys.
4. Confirm process twice by pressing Power button.
5. Handset now should perform Master reset.
6. Done, You can work on your device.
