Why do You want to re-flash the phone? To write firmware, disconnect all other devices from PC, re-boot the PC, connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port, don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extension cards, this is important. Try to connect the phone to different motherboard USB ports; try to use another USB cable; try to write firmware on another PC. |
