tried to fix via imei fix button in operation log imei done but phone status same..

Hello.

If phone shows null IMEI by *#06# command, while Software reads correct IMEI - most likely its modem part is damaged.
Make factory Reset and try to reflash the phone. If IMEI remains null in *#06# - most likely your device has HW problem.
