Try to do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Write back the first security backup back into the phone to return the device into the previous state.
3. Make Unlock again by using the latest Software.
4. Write here the result.

Also try to do the next:

1. Write back the first security backup back into the phone again.
2. Connect the phone in Normal Mode and read out QCN.
3. Make Unlock.
4. Write QCN back into the phone.
5. Insert SIM card, wait 5-6 minutes and try to find and select network manually.
6. Write here the result.

Also, try to make Repair NVM.

Fully charge phone's battery by using external charger, disconnect all other devices from PC, re-boot the PC, re-start the phone, connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port (don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extention cards, this is important) and try to perform steps 1-5 again.

Try to perform steps 1-5 on another PC.

sir need help here now imei become "0" and i cant write back it

Sir thank yo so much that i got imei back as per above steps and i did all procedure for unlock still service disable

Try to make Repair NVM, then re-start the phone, insert SIM card, wait 5-6 minutes and try to find and select network manually.

Install the latest Software version (Software). 2. Write back the first security backup back into the phone to return the device into the previous state. 3. Make Unlock again by using the latest Software. 4. Write here the result.

Write back the first security backup back into the phone again. 2. Connect the phone in Normal Mode and read out QCN. 3. Make Unlock. 4. Write QCN back into the phone. 5. Insert SIM card, wait 5-6 minutes and try to find and select network manually. 6. Write here the result. Also, try to make Repair NVM.

Try to perform steps 1-5 on another PC.
