Hello.

Please install latest Software version, required driver and restart PC.

After these actions do the next:
1. Put the phone into Emergency mode manually (disconnect cable, power OFF the phone, press and hold "Vol-" + "Vol+" buttons and connect cable).
2. Repeat "Repair IMEI" operation.

Post here results and full Software log of the operation.

Have You performed Factory data reset after "Repair IMEI" operation?

Try to do the next:
1. Re-flash the phone.
2. Repeat "Repair IMEI" operation.
3. Perform Factory data reset right after "Repair IMEI" operation ends (do not check IMEI).

When phone turns on - check phone's IMEI. Post here results and full Software log of performed operations.
