What is the problem with your phone exactly? What is the state of your phone? Why You have decided to write firmware?

Also, as I see, there is V30 firmware version i your device:

SW version: LGF200KAT-00-V30g-KT-KR-AUG-12-2014+0,
but You try to downgrade firmware to V20:

This can be the problem also.

Disconnect all other devices from PC, re-boot the PC, re-start the phone, connect it directly to another motherboard USB port (don't use any USB hubs, this is important) and try to write firmware again. Try to write firmware on another PC. If the problem is the same, most likely, your device has HW issue.

Also, try to find V30 firmware, convert it and try to write. Currently we haven't got V30 firmware for this device, we will try to find and, if we find, we will upload it into the Support Area.
