Hello.

What is the problem with your device exactly? Why You have decided to write firmware?

Try to fully charge phone's battery, connect the device directly to PC motherboard USB port (don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extention cards, this is important) and try to write firmware again. Try to write firmware by using another Micro USB cable, try to write firmware on another PC.

Currently we have only one firmware for this devcie, that is present in the Support Area.
