Always getting this error while flashing F200S which is stuck at logo..

Hello.

Try to reflash the phone with different firmawres. Try to reflash the phone with original firmware and Flashing tool.

If neither of these won't help, then, most likely, your phone has HW problem (problem with flash chip).

why is it that 99 percent of user has problem with this models i tired to flash f200l yesterday with my new octoplus box same problem write modem failed it think its the right time u make reaserch for us to know whats wrong exactly

"Phone stuck on logo" can be Software (modem firmware is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem. If it is not possible to reflash the phone, then, most likely, device has HW problem (problem with flash chip).
