Try to make Repair NVM, try to find or read out QCN from the same device, that has no such issues and write it into your phone. Try to re-flash the phone.

i read the qcn of same model after write in fualtysame problem

i have downloaded this file

but giving error in flashing but is almost 60% charged

Try to write firmware on another PC, try to find V20 firmware and write it. Also, your device can has HW issues.

Currently we have only firmwares, which are present in the Support Area, We will try to find V20 firmware for this device and, if we find, we will upload it into the Support Area.

Hard to say exactly, where can be the problem with your device without having this device in hands and without researching. If You have written QCN from working device and network is still not available, You should try to write firmware. There is V20 firmware version in your device, but You try to downgrade firmware to V10, this can damage your device. You should try to find V20 firmware and write it.

Also, your device can has HW issues.
