Please connect the phone to PC and try to make "Reset Screen Lock" again. If "USB debugging" is enabled - Screen Lock will be removed. If it is not enabled - unfortunately, currently no solution. |

Member: 1459662 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 152 | Take your phone and turn it off – just press power button and select “power off”. Wait while your device is shutting down. Then, press volume down button and power button together until the LG logo appears on the screen. When the LG logo is displayed, let go of the power button, keep pressing the volume down key and then press once more the power button. Once you do that, on your LG G2 the factory reset menu will be displayed. Press power button in order to agree and wait while the hard reset is being completed. |

but my problem have solved - press power and vol up, phone have adb - then root phone with vroot or u can root with octopus follow intruction on octopus ( for octopus root u must follow this step 1.press hold vol up then connect usb phone show on download mode , click root on octopus software, on octopus u can see for following procedure to adb connect, remove battery and unplug usb,then plug battery press power and vol up then connect usb, now phone on adb mode and rooting progress) - after root u must adb format, u can adb format with command promt or u can simple progress with one click adb format with MAAT from miracle.
