Write first ecurity backup back into the phone - this You will restore the phone to its initial condition. And check whether network is full.

You should write backups only from your device. Backups from other device will not be suitable - they are HW depended.

All backups are saved here: "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_LG\BACKUP\".

Software creates backups during Repair IMEI and Unlock operations and store them into "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_LG\BACKUP\" folder. If You have formatted PC, or intentionally deleted files in any other way, without creating copy, then it is no longer possible to restore the phone to its initial state. As I wrote above: "Backups from other device will not be suitable - they are HW depended".

I also encountered the same problem.Change IMEI is ok. But Signals sometimes not. Write back backup NVM,SEC ,all is ok . If you want to change imei. You can try to use the QPST( write xxx .qcn) and use the DFS change imei. will all is ok ,
Good luck!
