LG F350s lost

i have lg koren F350s. when i power on it shows 'the set has lost and report it to (1599-0011) or enter unlock code'.

i have performed unlock procedure but not done. i have performed hardreset but same condition.

please help the support team how can i repair this phone......?

You can try to perform the "Reset security" operation, maybe, this will help to solve the problem. Note, performing "Reset security" operation will reset phone's IMEI to zero value. If the problem will be solved after performing this operation, try to make Repair IMEI, if will not help - write the first Security backup "F350S_351508060625495_08-04-2015_18-57-57.SEC" back into the phone, to return it into the previous state.

Also, please upload here QCN backup "F350S_351508060625495_08-04-2015_18-41-21.qcn", we will research it.
