I try to hardrest and complete flash but it still same

This device was stolen and blocked remotely. Currently we have no solution, how to reset this type of lock.

i have same problem with LG F460s .

i think only some may be some partitions affected, something similar to "Disabled by EE" on Samsung...

if Team has some spare time, i'm ready to test any idea you may have
