Hello.

If your phone has Google Account lock, which appeared due to incorrect attempts of entering PIN, incorrect attempts to draw pattern, etc. - You can remove it via "Reset Screen Lock" operation.
If lock appeared after Factory Reset, or after writing of a firmware - currently no solution for its removal.
