What was the IMEI in the device before? Why You have tried to make Repair IMEI?

Post here full Software log with the Repair IMEI procedure.

As You can see from your Software log, phone's IMEI was damaged at the beginning, before You have performed the Repair IMEI operation:
Quote:
Backup saved to "D801_Bad_23-10-2014_08-03-39.qcn"
This can be the problem. At first, try to write this QCN file (https://mega.co.nz/#!GxozgZJJ!wnjZKy...uuf885DWQR5zOc), check IMEI and network. If this will not help, try to make Reset Security and post here the result.
