You are trying to downgrade the firmware version from V30c to V20E, note that downgrade can brick this phone.

SO what i can do now i chek on octopus support but there 2 file version given

1= D80120A_00
2= D80120E_00

where from i can download v30c version

Unfortunately, for this phone model D801 new firmware isn't available at the Support Area, we will try to find it and upload to the Support Area, if You can get the firmware for this phone, You can convert firmware via Octoplus LG Tool( Firwmare convertor button in Software) into *.oct file format that You can reflash the phone.

What is exact state of the phone? Why did You decided to re-flash it?

sir it was netwrok lock with lollipop was not unlocking with this new firamware
so i decide to downgrade this phone so now its stuck on logo only now only coming lg logo only could u help me about sir plz ... thanks

Please add new firmware to download area.
d801 v30b can be found in .kdz but still not available in .oct.
Have softbricked d801 after OTA, have octopus, but can not flash the phone!!!
