At first, please, post here full Software log with that Unlock procedure. All Software logs are saved here: "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_LG\LOG\".

Try to write QCN file from the Support Area from the folder "LG/QCN/D802/", then insert SIM card, wait 5-7 minutes and try to find and select network manually.

Software will ask, write IMEI from QCN or to leave original.

well i have don the same procedure with the same model . but no network i tried to find manully it show all oprater when i select the oprader it say that sim card not allow the connect like that some thing have tried diffrent sim cards but same problem

Please do the next:
1. Make "Reset Security".
2. Check phone's IMEI and whether it obtains 3G Network.
3. Perform "Repair IMEI" operation.
4. Check whether phone obtains 3G Network.

Post here results and full Software logs of performed operations.

after reset security imei is ok but same problem here is log
