Hallo..phone is always on black screen..but boot with LG logo ..any sugestions?

Hello.

Install the latest Software version, that we have sent You to PM and try to make Factory reset ("Factory reset" button in the Software). Also, try to find, convert and write other firmwares.

Im install latest version software and did factory reset with software and same problem black screen..also cant go to recovery mode with buttons and when Im in download mode I only see LG LOGO ..phone freeze before ..but now i cant see anything on screen only LG LOGO on start.

Try to write original firmware by using original flasher and say, whether the problem still exist. Maybe, here exists some issue in Write Firmware procedure. Also, the problem can be with phone's HW.

Most likely, your device has HW issues, anyway, we will research the problem and try to prepare test Software version for You in 1-2 days.

Thank you..i bought phone from ebay ..seller tell me phone start freeze and sometimes work...i was able to repair phone with. Factory reset and was installed lollipop ...so i want downgrade to kitkat ..flash ..and phone is
still black screen but i hear touch working ..just black screen

Im flash latest firmware and was able to do factory reset ..when I put phone in download mode ..but phone is still black screen

What Software version You used exactly?

Do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Connect the phone in Emergency/Download Mode.
3. Make Factory reset ("Factory reset" button in the Software).
