LG G2 LS980 US GSM Unlock

This is the sprint LG G2 and i would like to know if it can be unlocked for use in the united states? Not overseas. I have personally tried this and it has not worked for me, but maybe i'm missing something. I have reset it many times and tried both an AT&T sim card and T-Mobile but no luck. Sometimes when i go into network settings and select gsm/umts the phone acts up and says 'the process com (dot)android (dot)phone has stopped or force closed' something along those lines and i have to reset the phones.

The phone itself is not detecting the foreign sim card but it detects the original Sprint one so i know the phone is not damaged. any help would be appreciated. thank you!!!

here are my logs

Please upload somewhere the first Security and NVM backups, which have been created by the Software before performing the first Unlock operation and post here the link, we will research, where can be the problem with your device.

All backups are saved here: "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_LG\BACKUP\".

Hello i sent you a PM because i wasn't allowed to post links here. so the backups i made manually today because there were none made by the box in the folder but i made them after i reset the phone and put in a sprint lte sim card. the phone is not active, it just picks up LTE signal from sprint so that's when i made the backups. hope you can help me

by the way, so should this unlock be able to work in the US?

We have sent You test Software version to PM. Try to make Unlock with this Software, re-start the phone, insert SIM card, wait 3-5 minutes and try to search and select network manually.

Try to do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version, that we have sent You to PM.
2. Take out SIM card from the phone.
3. Make Unlock (to complete the Unlock operation, make Factory Reset (Go to "Settings" -> "General" -> "Backup & reset" -> "Factory data reset", press "Reset phone" and "Erase everything" buttons).
4. Make repair NVM.
5. Write QCN file, that we have sent You to PM ("Write QCN" button in the Software).
6. Post here the result.

ok so i followed the steps and it is not working. this is what i did with the test software:

1. removed sim card, unlock successfully, reset phone completely.
2. repair nvm. left phone on.
3.wrote qcn file successfully, hit yes to message "the esn in qcn file does not match, continue"
4. restart phone with no sim.
5. turn off phone and turn back on with at&t sim.
6. phone says no service and no sim card, but the phone read a sprint sim card before. drop down menu says service disabled

i tired a tmobile sim card as well but same results. i went to mobile networks and set it to gsm/umts and also tried global, i took off all roaming guards, turned roaming on, and allowed gsm data. Also, searched for available gsm networks and tried to register on AT&T WCDMA, and gsm. same for tmobile.

no luck. i checked the imei that it wrote and it is clean. any help?
