mobile is conected in downloade mode all usb drivers installed properly,but not sucsess ?

Hello.

Please install the following drivers and restart PC

http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...Ver_3.12.3.exe,
http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...dADBDriver.exe

Check which devices exactly appear in PC Device Manager, when You connect the phone in Emergency Mode and try to perform "Reset Screen Lock" operation again.
