after flash with octuplus lg tool when i make call showing this error

What was problem with the phone before? Why You have decided to write firmware? What was the firmware version in the phone before? What firmware You have written exactly? Post here full Software log with that "Write Firmware" procedure.

Also try to do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Fully charge phone's battery by using external charger.
3. Make Factory reset.
4. Write firmware again.
5. Try to write QCN from the Support Area.
6. Write here the result.

Try to find and write another firmware.

My phone is working fine only update via wifi is doinis this problem then flash via octuplus flash file is same ..............
