Smile LG G3 from d855 to d855v[Solved]


Hello, after upgrading from lollipop to marshmallow my phone model become d855v insted of d855 and now there is no signal.
My phone model is LG G3 d855 LTE (international version)
Please help me

Hello.

Try to reflash the phone with correct firmware, then try to find and select Network manually.

Hello, thx for responding. i'm very frustrated now cause this phone is new. didn't make a single phone call. i want to know what is the right firmware for my phone this is the most difficult part for me. on the box the version is LG G3 D855 32GB LTE. it is the international version. thx for helping me

You can check exact model of phone on the sticker, under its battery and then use correct firmware.
Also, You can send us IMEI of the phone in Private messages and we will try to get the latest firmware for your phone.

Hey, sent you a pm. also would like to know if i root the phone is there anyway to unlock it , all i need is to make phone calls. and also when i power off the phone then start it again it says current version is not availbe for use can't find matched cust for NT-code mcc/mnc[310410],subset[ff]

I finally found the solution. it looks like the phone is actually d850. anyone having the same issue should look for downloading the stock rom for d850

Solution

This happened to me when i bought my lg g3 online all you have to do is disassemble your phone check motherboard it should be some other model not d855 for example in my situation it was vs985 flashed vs985 rom and now my phone is working totally fine .
