I'm trying to release a G3 lg D855ar as the cell enters download mode asks me about which drivers can not get install, I am using windows xp service pack3

LG ANDROID PHONE
CDC SERIAL

it is clear that I have installed the correct drivers for this model but I have this problem.

Only problem is solved install the latest version of the drivers.
