Hello.

Please install latest Software version and required drivers:

http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/..._ver_3.8.1.rar,
http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...dADBDriver.exe

Restart the PC, then try to connect the phone again.
Note: You should connect the phone directly to USB port of PC motherboard. Do not use any kind of USB hubs for connection.

Also, to connect the phone in Normal Mode, do the next: Type ##3424#, go to "Diag" menu and select "Enable". This menu is blocked by SPC/MSL.

I am having same problem. i have downloaded latest version of drivers and installed them ,then restarted computer and re attached phone. I still get the same thing.

Turn On USB Tethering, and your phone will connect to computer thru port.
that if your phone has android lollipop.
