Hello.

Please, repeat Deactivate Kill Switch operation, then reflash the phone with latest firmware version.

Thanks
Once the phone is returned I will try.
Person said she updated to lolipop then mcafee ask for pin and was locked out.

I had re-flash phone to kitkat initially.

My question is anytime the phone is updated to latest this problem will occur or did I miss a step?

OK, ran kill switch again.
Install kitkat tot through octopus box.

After I run update OS through phone for lolipop update I get Mcafee Lock again.

I have Wifi off and sim remove still pops up. Any thoughts?

FYI Their no tot or KDz for lolipop ONLY Kitkat Tot/KMZ availible.
