all is ok but the imei did not change ?
There has been no change on the old imei

Hello.

What is IMEI in your device now? Is the IMEI correct or it is damaged? Please read phone's info, repeat "Repair IMEI" operation again and post here full Software log, we will check.

Please, read Full flash and EEPROM ("Read Full flash" and "Read EEPROM / FS" buttons in Software), after send read files us to PM, we will research where can be the problem with your phone.

Please, download and install test Software version form the Support Area (LG/TEST SOFTWARE/) then repeat operation which You need again, post here full Software log.

To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software. Then go to "LG/TEST SOFTWARE" folder.
