hi i have H811 20q installed on the phone but the phone is stuck on logo i need to reflash but i looking on internet for 20q version and cant found do you think flash 20i or 20p or 20i i dont think this is downgrade because all version are ANDROID 6.0 pleas explain me.

v20q is newer than v20i and v20p, so writing of any of them will be a downgrade. You can try to use "H811V20r_00_0111" firmware from the Support Area to reflash the phone.
