Hello.

Please, post here full Software log, make sure that You connect phone directly to USB port of your PC, don't use HUBS.

i noticed that if you start the device normaly, and then give the command to read firmware, octoplus reboot device to download mode and it is detected by the soft and the system correctly
But if you put manually to download mode, then no device is shown
I used several cables type C, but they were not originals, and i used one original (from Meizu or Xiaomi) but no succes

It is better to make a backup of phone QCN. Most likely the problem occurred, because You have not configured the phone for connection.

Please do the next:
1. Type 277634#*# or *#546368#*850# for coresponding Android version 5.x or 6.x, go to "Port Check Test" (or "SVC Menu -> Port Check Test") and switch "Port Check Test" to "Enabled".
2. Repeat "Unlock" operation.

Post here result and full Software log of "Unlock" operation.

Thank you ,realy the port is not enable, now is work for me, sorry but cant give the log, its hurry work and i close is .

But all is good, very good,i like to use youre product !

little off, just one problem , the lg k10 when you make direct unlock its crash the imei nr. to 0 , after unlock need to repair always.

Hello.

Please, connect phone via USB cable, select "File Transfer" option on your phone, make sure that You install all drivers according to the Software manual and try to perform Repair IMEI operation.
