Hello.

After of which actions exactly You can't enter into Emergency (Download) Mode? If You have perform 'Write Firmware' operation, then post here full Software log. Also write here what device exactly appear in PC Device Manager, when You connect phone to PC in "S/W UPGRADE" state.
